About Me
Hi, I’m Keaton Smith — a software developer with over a decade of coding experience and interest in infrastructure design and system reliability. I started programming at eleven, experimenting with small games and scripts just to see what I could make a computer do. That curiosity grew into a passion for building clean, efficient systems that support real-world operations.
In December 2024, I earned my B.S. in Computer Science with a Functional Programming emphasis from Brigham Young University–Idaho. Today I enjoy creating full-stack applications using tools like React, Express, and Next.js. My experience as a Freelance Technology Consultant taught me how to analyze business needs, design secure solutions, and deliver results that make workflows simpler and more reliable.
I love learning, improving, and helping others understand technology. Whether I’m optimizing a backend, designing a clean front-end interface, or streamlining IT systems, I’m driven by the goal of making a positive impact in the lives of others.
